I think group has gained a good momentum and let it continue the way it is.
Occationally, we might get some content which might require moderator's intervention as you rightly mentioned.
However, it doesnt mean that criterion become so stringent that people think a lot before posting something.
It need to be ensured that questions (if answerable :-) ) are answered either at moderators' end or in the forum itself.

I agree with ur point of view.
Let me assure you, that won't happen.
There will be no situation to delete the mails from grp.
For that to happen, i place a request to our moderators,

If the group gets simple queries such as "Finding Pdf files",and so
on,
Please handle the queries by yourself.
Reply to the query and don't allow that to be posted to the grp.
If you are not able to answer the query, leave the ,mail as it is.
Maybe the other moderators can answer the query.
I am sure that i may be able to handle most of such queries.
And finally, if there is no other option, approve the mail and let the
members handle it.

what i had in my mind when i started this group.
(I hope u will all help to make my aim come true)
But, very few are sending such content.
I am sure that everyone has some knowledge in some field.
Don't keep the knowledge with urself.
Give it to others, then ur knowledge wll also increase.
I would be glad to see all ur mails in my inbox.
Make sure that ur mail is infromative.
