We're a reasonably happy TWTC customer (I have a few circuits with them). They were very responsive when we needed some extra security services, and we're in the process of spinning up metro ethernet with them for a new circuit.
We're on the metro ring (fiber comes up in one of our DCs) so we've had their gear (and other providers') on-premise for literally 10 years. --tep ps Check with a broker such as FastBlue. In some cases brokers can sell you TWTC and other bandwidth from others for less than you pay going direct to the provider. Strange, but true.
