I will +1 for Arista.. we have the 7124S.  The upfront cost can be 
somewhat cheaper than HP, depending on how you factor in support.  HP 
provides "lifetime" warranties and support as part of the base cost, 
whereas Arista requires that you renew support on a yearly basis.  The 
five year cost with support factored in comes out roughly equal against 
the equivalent HP switch.

Another option may be the 10GbE solutions from Supermicro:

I have heard good things about their 10GbE blade modules, and would expect 
their switch to also be of good quality.
