You'll pay a pretty penny for them, and it doesn't directly answer your
question, but there are a number of rack products that do excellent sound
dampening. (confession: I have a small one in my own basement). XrackPro2
is one such; Kell is another. Because of the careful design for noise,
there's a inverse relationship to airflow, so you'll want to be sure of
your BTU an air load when evaluating these.

quiet-rack.com is a multi-vendor solutions integrator that can do racks as
well as active noise reduction technology.

I have a 12U XrackPro that I picked up used from a company that outgrew it.
Great product. All you hear is the noise of the relatively quiet ~6inch
exhaust fans. Low RPM
