We've had a psuedo-mandate to make use of MS OneNote here, and honestly
I have really grown to like it.

It doesn't integrate real well with anything other than Windows Live
though, so unfortunately hasn't been useful for me w/ my ipad.

Heard good things about EverNote which may be more Linux friendly.
