i hadn't used the discovery interface yet, so i just went in to play 
around.  you're right that quarantined messages aren't stored, only 
delivered messages are.  i guess they believe that if you didn't see the 
email, then it doesn't need to be stored.  i guess i can understand not 
wanting to store 10 years of spam for someone :-).
