I don't control the switches at Starbuck's or the airport, or a hotel or
conference in Hong Kong etc.  I still care about security for my users when
they are there.  The right solution is to configure security (maybe even
disable bonjour) on laptops before giving the laptops to users.

Also, the point of the conversation was not how to stop bonjour, but how
good is security out-of-the-box on Mac OSX.
