The next TB meeting isn't for 2 weeks, which is quite a while. We have a
DMB meeting on Monday @ 1900UTC though, which could work? We've got one
application to do and Micah's appointment to ratify so if you guys join
us at 1930? We could maybe carry on until 2100 if necessary. Dunno, just
a thought.
I think that is a great idea - would others be happy to join this meeting?
I just found out that I can't make it today. Purchased tickets for a gig
in town on Wednesday, but it turns out the agent I got the tickets from
messed up and it's actually tonight. Quality.
No worries!
I'll reply to Matthieu's application in a separate mail.

Please have the discussion regardless. I welcome identification of areas
of documentation to improve.
I think it would make better sense to ensure we can get most of the boards together. Maybe we can do it at the next convenient meeting?
Particularly I'd like to reduce the bureucracy around packagesets:
packagesets should be created with a clear definition specifying the
packages they are to contain. It should then be possible to add new
packages just by referring to this definition without the need for
people to come to a meeting, which is obviously a bonus for everyone.
(perhaps such changes should be announced to devel-permissions so that
others can object if they feel the need)

Agreed.
