Hello Martin Well, this was kind of a long time ago now and there's no written proof left. But all the same, it sticks in the memory and it's the primary reason why Gordon isn't an owner of a Jaws license.

It's more like massive ignorance scented with essence of arrogance. Is there not someone in charge of international sales, better yet, UK sales? Even if you live here, one thing about the corporate world is just how weird it is. Companies are here to earn money yet they appear to do everything they can not to have to deal with customers and they can't figure out why business isn't better. You've got to figure out some way to bother somebody, nicely of course, but be in their face so they know you are there and not happy. This happens with trades people at times. You've got money and a job for them to do but they keep putting off the work or don't finish the job. I guess they don't need to eat and use electricity, gas and water like us mortals. I judge a business or institution by how they handle non-standard situations such as what you describe. If they just muddle along or "stonewall" it, they're no good. You could bill the company since your time is worth money as you own a business. Anything to get somebody's attention. I'm here. You either owe me money or service, and I'm not going away. The next communication will be from my lawyer. I believe there is something like a consumer fraud protection agency in the UK and they might like to hear about this as they can probably ban companies from doing business there. What you describe is probably not intentional fraud but laziness but that doesn't excuse it. ======================================= The Techno-Chat E-Mail forum is guaranteed malware, spyware, Trojan, virus and worm-free To modify your subscription options, please visit for forum's dedicated web pages located at http://mail.tft-bbs.co.uk/mailman/listinfo/techno-chat You can find an archive of all messages posted to the Techno-Chat group at either of the following websites: http://mail.tft-bbs.co.uk/pipermail/techno-chat/index.html Or: <http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]> you may also subscribe to this list via RSS.
