Hi all

I’ve followed these instructions to the letter.  In my menu bar I now have the 
KeyBoardRemap icon, but the Keyboard Hack icon just doesn’t exist as far as I 
can see.  There are no additional options in System Preferences, so I’m 
wondering if this has something to do with the OS version.  Mine is quite 
recent, possibly more up to date than the one that others are using.  I’m a 
member of the ADN, so my OS is 10.9.3 (Build 13D65).

I list below Eric’s instructions.  This may be useful information for others 
for when Apple releases its next OS Update, which actually may already have 
happened.  I’m condensing Eric’s text, leaving nothing but the instructions 
themselves.
