[Techs] mini system philips

HI, I have a mini system philips model fwr8r3701,when I push eject for mini 
cd ,it doesn't open and indicate open??? I check voltage  5v..7v etc....I 
don't think is a lazer (commun trouble)  ? somebody have a 
idea   thanks  Gerald
