Problem:
Unit has bright picture with retrace lines. 193v on CRT board present.
12vdc supply to CRT bias transistors is 25Vdc. Traced back to 12 regulator
off the flyback and voltage is 25vdc as well. Checked all associated
components and are ok. The 12v regulator gets it's feed from the flyback so
I'm guessing the flyback. Just wanted to check if anyone has ran into this
before or any tips. Thanks!
