I trouble-shot this to C4402 after having replaced T4401, T4301 Q4301,
Q4401, C4403, C4404, and the EPROM.

Replaced original EPROM and set would still shut down. I used a CTC177AF@
EPROM to test...

After replacing EPROM I went to set the Horizontal Frequency in factory
menu. When the unit got near to proper frequency Set shut down...

Now have two proms that don't work with this set.

BTW... Resoldered the tuner prior to all this as I suspected the EPROM
originally.

Anyone with some ...one idea where to go next...T1 chip?
