Mo: Tack in (Add) in parallel another "safety" cap. This will keep the HV down and allow the set to run. Then you can scope a pulse such as the 200v line if you can't get on the HOT collector, and get back into the menu, albeit with a smaller, dimmer picture. Then you can change the H freq. back to where it should be. You can watch the time on the scope and adjust for 63.5uS interval.
Now you can remove your extra cap and the unit should work. If it doesn't, you know that your H time is correct, troubleshoot for HV shutdown.
