Across the "real" one, say let me get the manual... OK, C4402 is .011 at 1.6KV. Any value close to that on the HOT collector to ground will be enough to drop the pulses from 1.1KV/whatever to the 800V or so range and allow the set to run. The .011 value is so popular in these chassis I keep one handy.
This trick will work on almost any set with an HV problem as all it does is lower the the peak pulse, it may mess with the pulse width, but it won't throw the timing off. The HV will be lower so the set will run.
