With new (digital/digitally derived)voltages. Adding a 3 amp fuse for a 2 amp isn't curing the problem. Talking from what I see...replacement panels will be the new Technology. For instance: A 100ufd/50 volt cap in parallel with a 47ufd/16 volt cap will give you 147ufd. But the voltage rating is limited to 16 volts. But if both caps are rated at the same voltage (such as 50V) then the voltage will remain at 50V and you simply add the two ufd values together to get the ufd rating.
