[Techs] Hitachi 46UX10BF (92model) shuts down almost immediately...except in setup mode

   I couldn't find anything on the Tech repair cd. When power button is 
pressed, the red crt comes on for a short while if you turn the screen 
control way up. Then it will play for approx. 5 seconds. If you flip the 
set-up button (to set the screens) it will play for hours. There is a 
rushing sound, but I can't tell from whence it cometh because I can't 
see what channel it's on. Does anyone have any ideas worth ruminating 
on? There are three large IC's on the deflection board that are
labeled STK4274. (IC 1301, IC 1320, IC 1351). Any ideas as to what these 
are? Of course, I guess by now you know I have no schematics today. Any 
help is more than appreciated.
