in short:
If you are starting the RC server from code as well, that you have to
use the boot() method instead of the start() in order to have your
extensions loaded.

After We/I can load custom extensions without modifying the jar file,
we can add jquery selectors, or any other kind of functionality
without locking our users into our own version of selenium libs.

I will try this method and see where it leads me
