Jian, i just commited this change along with selenium 1.0 beta 2 into my branch. The new selenium server seems much faster and all the tests work with it. You should take a look at it, and seriously consider commiting it into trunk (you will also need my changes from SeleniumServerDaemon because selenium constructor has changed)
