10Mhz, 2/0, with stupid amount of noise. UE is at -96 to -102 and
hitting 10Mbps no problem on a speedtest.net test. I do not have a
faster plan in the EPC.

Preferably with 10 MHz channel, Sub-frame Assignment = 2,
Special Sub-Frame Pattern = 1. I.e. 72/20.
