First thoughts:

•UE8000 has a much faster processor

•built-in iperf ui does seem unworkable;

•has anyone successfully used ssh into it? default or set credentials don't
seem to work

•there appears to be an 11-character limit on the admin password, or else
some filtering going on (disallowed special characters)

•are you using SINR or CQI as your aiming target? CQI being downstream
modulation achieved, apparently

20 mhz, SF 2 SSF 1
I'm getting ~4.5 Mbps up
with a CQI of 11 and RSRQ of -6
on a sector in use (12 UEs)
8 TCP streams (iperf3 on a DMZ client)

I'm getting only 8 Mbps down whether I use UDP or TCP, oddly… but this is
on a *very* badly mounted test location, so I wouldn't read much into it. 7
Mbps was about the best I'd get from a UE7000 at this spot.
