I'm definitely seeing mostly the same behavior as Matt. Lightly loaded sectors are fine in both up and down. Over 20 or so UEs and upload tanks.
We are starting to move customers who really need upload to 5 Ghz where we can, sadly, at least until the performance issues are resolved.
