This is highly interesting, but not perhaps what you suspect — Telrad
switched us to subframe 1 a few days ago in an attempt to fix our
performance issues. We had been on subframe 2.

On subframe 1+optimizations, we had an increasingly high percentage of
failed associations — after 12h, we had lost about 15% of our UEs!

We switched back to subframe 2+same optim and went back to the way things
were before — still random UE issues, but no failed associations.

Is there anyone out there successfully using subframe 1? If not, why did
Telrad make us try it? So many questions, so little time.
