Or They don't care (which I'm suspecting is the case with the largest wireless ISP in Canada), or they have a full time Telrad engineer beating out the fires because they can afford a service contract at that level... I'm leaning more towards #1.

It's issues like these that make me skeptical that the guys who have 1000s of these deployed aren't having similar problems? Or are they just much smarter than us?
