Yes when using NTP, we have noticed the time is about 5 hours out, IIRC.
The offset doesn't seem to play a role in setting it correctly
either.... at-least, on the FW we are on.
As far as the 8k's, if you check the 'show ue-info' it should show any
devices that are authenticated, if your resolution is too small, try
'show ue-info | tab' to get the grid/list.
Are you sure the imsi's are authenticating? Maybe post a clip from the
'show log /mnt/flashfs/log/tlsyslog'
