I've added instructions how to build it on Linux and on Windows.

It builds smoothly either on Fedora and on Widnows. Are you sure you
have properly installed Qt and cmake?

I also prepared Windows binary package. You can download it from
http://github.com/mk219533/tesseract-gui/downloads
