I would highly question the assertion that www.free-ocr/com output is 100% accurate :-). In any case, it's expected that their output would be better: Tessnet2 is just an application wrapper around Tesseract while www.free-ocr.com includes their own image pre-processing prior to submitting it to Tesseract.
