OCR, in general, is not 100% accurate. In controlled conditions, you
may be able to approach 100%, but you shouldn't rely on it.

As a rule of thumb, if a computer is being used for any sort of
recognition task - speech recognition, face detection, face
recognition, OCR - expect that there will always be a margin of error.

free-ocr.com uses Tesseract 3 which includes many improvements over
Tesseract 2, which is used by Tessnet2. I have no idea of future plans
with Tessnet2 - there's is a problem with Tesseract 3 on Windows that
would have to be fixed first - but this is not a forum for Tessnet2.
