In such cases (if you know how to write the code), then it could be
hooked into loadhyph-es.tex for example.

The most simple thing to do would be to just add another line to load
some addational patterns inside loadhyph-es.tex. That can already be
done easily, but it won't give you any control inside your document
yet.

If you are thinking in that direction and come up with some clever
solution, it would also be nice to take into account also:
- Russian patterns with zillions of settings
- Mongolian (that uses two different encodings)
- dated German patterns (there already is a solution for that, but if
there was some unique way ...)
