My apologies for the last message to the list. That was an accident :-)

Has anybody done any typesetting in landscape mode? When I tried this
week, generating the PDF with dvipdfm -l I got a PDF that looked nice in
Acrobat (landscape and correctly rotated) but when I tried to print it,
Acrobat didn't rotate it. The result was a landscape score written on the
short side of a portrait paper.
Also, I would like to have a landscape PDF that would print correctly on
double side paper. Do I have to rotate the pages myself in the PDF file,
or is this something that should happen automagically? It certainly does
not happen here with Acrobat 4 on Linux. (Just a thought: Is it done
correctly in Windows? May it be that I have to define some sort of printer
filter that turns the pages correctly?)
