Thanks for the english version of the PMX manual. I think I've found a problem with
it. Page 13, the suggestion for Concatenating several files, PMX automatically puts a
\bye at the end of each piece, and even after accounting for this I still had
problems. Andre Van Ryckeghem's canons choked tex with \inline= problems and my own
piece compiled, but the lyrics didn't reset properly, giving lots of ???s for staff 1
on the second piece which wasn't supposed to have any lyrics.
And I still can't get dviconcat to compile.
Next I'm trying mtxlatex.
