Thanks to Olivier Vogel i was able to do some exercises about
chords over 2 staffs. I think i can do most of the possibilities.
If the chords are beamed, then it is possible to do it in pmx (is
this a secret feature?). They are in bar 1 and 2.

In the other cases there are a few flaws:

The midi is not intact, this is not a big problem because i make the
midis from an edited source to have also the trills and grace notes.

If there are rests at the start of the bar, skips (\sk) must be added
for having the codes lined up. Then i cannot make a general TeX command
for it (an example of it in the last bar).

I would be grateful if anyone could provide a finer or other method
for it. And i would be immense happy if Don said that all this is obsolete
because it is implemented in pmx.
