There are usually many ways how such EndofLine errors can occur. With My unzip, and under Windows XP pro, I had no problems. But I did see that "kfsqpmx.tex" has several other "\input <foo>" commands ("\input mypmx" , e.g.). But I suppose now you have all you need and have no more problems.
