For people who are as slow as I am (sometimes) :
(1) rename "pmx2508.exe" (which you find in "pmx2508.zip")
to "pmxab.exe"
(2) replace your old "pmxab.exe" in your "TeX" configuration,
(3) refresh the database if called for in your setup,
(4) use the standard PMX notation for grace notes (cf. the
PMX manual, or my PMX tutorial, Sec. B 4.8, p.34). Note that the
grace notes do not count in the time measure(s) of the xtuplet!
(5) Enjoy! (and cudos to Don ...)
