Andre, many thanks for your reply. I could remove the lower staff as intended. Unfortunately it does not solved my problems.
The new free space has left blank. While playing with the A option I could affect, where I got the white paper. But the intention was to remove an uninteresting voice. This should give a slightly more relaxed layout. The goal was to fit it in four pages.
