I would like to make macros for \centerpause in a piano piece. This
works OK for left hand, but there is a strange behaviour for the right
hand. Things are OK if write the right hand \centerpause explicitely.
Note where the pause sign and the "|" have gone!
Is it offending to make a macro with already a \def in its definition?
