Thanks, I get no Non-PDF Special and acroread is ok, but still no matter
what I typeset all the noteheads are missing. Here is first pass output

Second pass is the same. All I see are barlines and notestaffs without
note heads. In latex output I see only overfull and underfull boxes
while /output active and hyperref warnings. Are the hyperref warnings
the problem?
