I've been typesetting some Purcell, and noticed that the figured bass is printed above the bottom stave -- further research suggests that this is very common, and is supposedly easier for a continuo player to read, especially in chamber music. Is there a convenient automated way of doing this in PMX? Surely it must have been brought up before.
