After reviewing the previous post I sent, I realized that some of those on-line membership forms required either mailing the form in or mailing a check, or downloading a .pdf application.
The Western Cave Conservancy required an extra click to get to their application page. The TCC required mailing in the application. The TCMA form is still the best one I have found so far. However, I believe both the TCMA and TSA forms require you to first go to a PayPal form, and then click that you don't have PayPal to choose some other form of payment? ( I haven't tried it, so I don't know ) The Arizona grotto page mentioned, lets you join their statewide organization at the same time you join the grotto. Actually, it reads more like your required to join. Another bizarre question on their form is: What color do you code your gear? For only $ 1,000, you get a 10 year membership to the Missouri Karst Conservancy. While in Florida, its free: http://www.karstconservancy.org/help/membership.asp Here is another application: http://members.aol.com/caveconser/ccvapplication.htm It doesn't look like the UIS has a membership application. I take it, that each country appoints a delegate and there are elected officers by the delegates. ( I only skimmed their web-site. ) AMCS doesn't have membership, but does accept donations by mail. There are probably tons of on-line forms in other languages for cave organizations. I didn't find any in Spanish on my first attempt.
