David, For a time, PayPal was making it look like you had to join PayPal whenever a vendor used them for online credit card transactions. You would have to scroll down to a button that said something on the order of "don't have a PayPal Account". They've cleaned up their act, probably because of vendor pressure and it goes right into a credit card payment screen with an option to log into PayPal to the side.
I need to rework the PayPal transaction on the TSA site to be more like the TCMA page, fill out your information before going to the PayPal site to put in your credit card number and the information will already be there like TCMA. All it takes is time. BTW: You don't put your credit card number in until you reach the PayPal secure transaction page. TCMA and TSA have no knowledge of your credit card number and other information associated with it. All they see is that somebody (contact information included) did a transaction for some amount of money. In the maybe not too distant future you'll be able to order books and pay for them online on the TSS website. I take it, that each country appoints a delegate and there are elected officers by the delegates. ( I only skimmed their web-site. ) AMCS doesn't have membership, but does accept donations by mail. There are probably tons of on-line forms in other languages for cave organizations. I didn't find any in Spanish on my first attempt.
