Charles, its all yours! :-) keep me in the loop but I shouldn't need to approve most things, I need to be able to fill in when your unavailable.

When the ICS gets closer you will want to get specific about their offerings and what they will take to work. George will add you to the committee and be able to point you towards the right person to contact at Schriner.

Thanks!

Easy enough, I get to do wireless connection troubleshooting every now
and then here at work, so I can easily do that. So sign me up for it.

Is there anything I need to do until next year? If not, anything
else I can help with for now?

Hi Charles!

Truly your role would be the point of contact for ICS and Schriner for
on campus Internet access.

You would need to find out what's available and how to use it and then
get the info to the ICS for publication. Right now they have Internet
kiosks and wifi and you would compile access info and get it to the
right people and during the actual ICS you make sure things are
working, answer some questions and get Schriner to fix any problems.

Sorry for the ramble, basically it is a point of contact and
coordinator.

Hope your interested, it will be easy. I just have too much on my plate.

Joe, I work as a senior network engineer for a large retailer here in
Dallas, I can probably assist with your campus Internet needs. What
type of skills are you looking for and what will be needed?

Mail room
Currency exchange
Travel agent
On campus Internet
Off campus hotels
All the food services

I could sure use some help. I have the mail room person and I'm
doing food
but point of contacts for the rest would be great. Most of the hard
work
setting everything up is done, just need people to check in with
folks
between now and convention and be the point of contact during the
convention.

Thanks,
Joe
