Terry Holsinger - Beans, queso, my 2nd in command and gopher.
Vico Jones - Lamb, pork, deer; Vico was the team butcher. Misc. salsas
and dips too
Terri Sprouse - Spanish Rice
Denise Prendergast - Black Bean and Sweetcorn Salad
Tommy Joe - Seafood Paella
Evelynn Mitchell - Veggie Fajitas
AlexB and Ian Quigley - Chicken Fajitas and other butchery
Gary Napper - Pulled Pork Tacos
Someone, (Vico?), 'owned' the other salad, but this was put
together by
the willing team of cooks assistants.
For a new team and at our first attempt I think we did a good job,
