Y'all did a great job leading up to the event and executing it on the day; I'm proud to have led(**) such a great team. In no particular order, the 'head cook' for each dish: Terry Holsinger - Beans, queso, my 2nd in command and gopher. Vico Jones - Lamb, pork, deer; Vico was the team butcher. Misc. salsas and dips too Terri Sprouse - Spanish Rice Denise Prendergast - Black Bean and Sweetcorn Salad Tommy Joe - Seafood Paella Evelynn Mitchell - Veggie Fajitas AlexB and Ian Quigley - Chicken Fajitas and other butchery Gary Napper - Pulled Pork Tacos Someone, (Vico?), 'owned' the other salad, but this was put together by the willing team of cooks assistants. For a new team and at our first attempt I think we did a good job, I hope y'all enjoyed the food and will welcome us back next year. We hope to finish a little earlier too (sorry). To all the helpers and also servers (who ate *last* coz we weren't ready in time, for which I'm very sorry) I would also like to extend my thanks. I can't name you as there was so many of you and I *know* I'll miss someone out.
