Interesting that you get those types of problems... The email you sent me
about the qmail errors and such, that's typical with any mailing list,
just spammers searching for valid emails

The google idea is a good one, but I'm not familiar with that at all. I'm
used to mailman and ezmlm setups. The number of emails is no problem with
servers I host on.

complaints of getting no messages to getting duplicates
Then the web hosting company has its issues from time to time.
Thanks to SPAM, very few companies will allow several hundred e-mails
per
hour to go out like you have when the list is having a heated hot topic
discussion and considering that you have several hundred subscribers...

Bill, I can take this if no one else steps up, I currently run the
cowtowngrotto and netcavers lists on my colocated server.

What sort of problems are you seeing in spurts?

Looking for new owner/manager:

I am having to relinquish the operation.... I would like to find some
one (hopefully a fool with exceptionally thick skin and good internet
brain power) to take over ownership and manage the texascavers
mailing
list.
It varies on the time consumption as problems seems to run in spurts.
For the most part it is working fairly well at the moment.
I will help as much as I know how to get you going.
Once transferred you can change, move, enhance, delegate or whatever
you feel like doing except shut down the mailing list.
Contact me if interested...
