can you export the userlist easily? also, am I getting the domain or
just the mailing list, and who controls the dns?

just spammers searching for valid emails
The google idea is a good one, but I'm not familiar with that at all. I'm
used to mailman and ezmlm setups. The number of emails is no problem with
servers I host on.

Then the web hosting company has its issues from time to time.
Thanks to SPAM, very few companies will allow several hundred e-mails
per
hour to go out like you have when the list is having a heated hot topic
discussion and considering that you have several hundred subscribers...

It varies on the time consumption as problems seems to run in spurts.
For the most part it is working fairly well at the moment.
I will help as much as I know how to get you going.
Once transferred you can change, move, enhance, delegate or whatever
you feel like doing except shut down the mailing list.
