I can't imagine why you think burning ethanol creates sugar. The process of burning combines the carbon and hydrogen in organic molecules with oxygen to create carbon dioxide and water. If combustion is incomplete you might get residual carbon (soot), carbon monoxide and maybe some smaller organic compounds. Ethanol is C2H6O. Sugar is C12H22O11. Burning makes molecules smaller, not larger. There is no way you could produce sugar by burning ethanol.
