Sebastian,

Perhaps this could be implemented as a Preference? We'd just have to adhere to a naming convention for the preference, but then it would be simple for you to get the information you need from that .tmPreference file.

Hi to all the smart Bundle Dev's!

As i mentioned a few days ago in one of the lists, i plan to make a central Bundle Repository with integration of the official Bundle Repository. The first step to do is to write descriptions for each Bundle. For good Reasons i want them to be XML Files.
I want to ask you writting these Description files for your Bundles.
an example XML File:

<bundle>
 <name>
  GetBundle
 </name>
 <author>Sebastian Gräßl</author>
 <version exported="6282">2</version>
<location type="svn">http://macromates.com/svn/Bundles/trunk/ Bundles/GetBundle.tmbundle/ </location> <location type="distributed">http://files.validcode.net/ GetBundle.tmbundle.zip</location> <description>The GetBundle is an easy way to install and update Bundles for TextMate</descrioption>
</bundle>

don't ask why and how, i even don't know,... the idea is in my head and i can't explain it yet.
the version tag is optional.
Maybe you have a better or additional idea.
Please send the xml to me.

Related to the Web Interface which will be also an important thing throw your ideas at me.
