Everything else in TextMate is property list, why stop now? I can
see wanting them to be the XML plists rather than the old-style or
binary though.

I'd like the keep it as basic as possible. That'll allow it to be
used in a bunch of different places as pure text.
I guess markdown is designed to still look fine as pure-text, so
maybe we should have that as an option.
