I really dislike both this and the heading style changes, both of
these are standard scopes that themes can and do target, by being
specific in the preferences here your overriding the theme the user
has chosen. If we really want default styles for this they much be
defined in the Textmate bundle and be generic so themes can override
them easily without having to override each bundle.
Yeah, I flagged the commit to basically say the same.
We do not want styles in arbitrary bundles!
