these are standard scopes that themes can and do target, by being

Yeah, I flagged the commit to basically say the same.
We do not want styles in arbitrary bundles!

I saw that in the Tasks bundle and thought it was allowed. I've also
never changed the default theme, so I've completely forgot about them.
I do agree 100% with the current policy, the styles will be removed
from the bundle.
