Thanks for the confirmation. I've extended the migration script such that
it removes the macro on all wiki pages where it's used.

The script dumps all wiki pages (currently 3229) to a temporary directory
via trac-admin, finds all of them where TagIt is still used (~2400),
removes the macro call from them via sed and imports the changed wiki
pages again. To avoid the timeline to be flooded with tons of wiki change
events, I've tweaked trac-admin to allow "in-place modifications" of
existing wiki pages. See http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/8861.

Bottom line: issue #6 is now fixed.
